About This Project

Every Christmas season, my timeline fills up with couples in matching pajamas. Cozy photos by the tree, hot cocoa in hand, looking absolutely in love. And every year, I'd think: "That's cute... wish I had that."

Back in November 2023, I tweeted about it:

Spoiler: December came and went. No matching pajamas.

But I'm not alone in this. Plenty of single people share that same feeling. And even couples who are together sometimes can't afford matching sets, or just want to have fun imagining themselves in a cozy Christmas scene they haven't gotten around to creating yet.

Fast forward to 2025. Google dropped this cool thing called Nano Banana — their fun codename for Gemini's image generation capabilities. And with vibe coding being a thing now (where I essentially argue with AI until we build something cool), I thought: "What if I just... built the matching pajamas experience?"

So here we are. If you're single and want to see yourself with your dream match in cozy Christmas pajamas — you can do that now. If you're in a relationship and just want to have fun seeing you and your partner in a festive setting — you can do that too.

This is particularly for me, my single friends, and anyone out there not getting matching pajamas this holiday or anytime soon lol. So we can create our own matching pajamas and not be left out on Christmas day.

It's a playground project, built for fun and for anyone who's ever wanted matching pajamas but couldn't get them for whatever reason. No judgment here. Just vibes.
